I travel from Hebbal to Mahadevpura. April1st I asked for monthly pass. I was given 1950Rs Pass. I asked the conductor as why they have reduced the pass by 50Rs and I showed them the company employee ID as well. Conductor informed me that "there is no difference between those 2 passes..you have the pass dont worry, this is new pass".Generally I was given 2000Rs Pass. Yesterday on April3rd I boarded ITPL to Hebbal volvo bus. Conductor did not accept my pass as I did not have BMTC ID card and I was asked to purchase ticket. And I did so. Now I am asked to go to yeshwanthpur and purchase BMTC ID card. For conductors mistake, why I am asked to buy the ID card? Instead I will pay 50Rs extra, let them give me the correct pass. BMTC service is definetly not passenger friendly. I wont be buying pass from next month, so it does not make sense to buy BMTC ID card. I cant even go to yeshwanthpur or Majestic as I have a small baby.
I tried to contact senior officer at Hebbal, but no one was available. This is really very bad service. Please suggest me the next step of action Was this information helpful? |
