[Resolved] Bmtc — Unavailability of buses

The BMTc buses (towards KR Market) are not stopping at the esteem mall stop (Hebbal Dairy Gate). It is very difficult for commuters as we have to run into the bust traffic, which is usually congested to some how manage to get into the moving buses... The buses destined to KR Market by pass the service road and go via the highway(Airport Road). with construction work going on in one side of the road, our lives are being challenged every day as we try some how to manage to board one of the buses in order to reach our workplace.

BMTC regrets for the inconvenience caused. if you find such lapses please provide us the vehicle details(registration no), date and time of the incident to [protected]@mybmtc.com to identify that particular crew and to take necessary actions.

Further the complaint has been forwarded to concerned security wing of the department to deploy Sarathy patrolling squad to monitor the said place and to instruct the crew in this regard.
