BMTC Volvo — bmtc vovle conductor took extra money and didn't stopped the bus in bus stop

Hi sir/madam, Yesterday I travelled in bmtc volve KA 57 F 907 from marathalli bridge to graphite India but conductor didn't gave a stop at graphite India bus stop instead he stopped in graphite India signal when the signal was red and he told to get down. I asked to give stop in graphite India bus stop but conduct refused to give stop, instead he took extra money saying I didn't get down at graphite India bus stop. More the thing is the conductor is not issuing tickets from source to destination properly for It employees who use to travel in that bus I request you to punish the conductor for his misbehaviour with the public and take necessary Action I am a localite, for me only the conductor cheated and please think about daily how he is cheating for the people who don't.
