Boat Airdopes — Replacement

Dear reader kindly do not buy any Boat product as they don't replace it even under warranty. As I have experienced this twice.
I had messaged the boat team via what's app for which they picked up the product and suddenly they told that the earpiece was damaged so they couldn't get it replaced. The airpodes were been used very softly and not even a single time did it fell so shocked to hear that how did it get damaged and also it can't get replaced that's even more shocking. So kindly beware of buying any Boat product rather buy an use and throw product.
If you buy an JBL product they check the product on the spot at their service centre and give you acknowledgement stating that your product will get delivered within a week so which is really very good
