[Resolved]  Boat — Order id is not found

I ordered a Boad basshead 102 blue from their official site. And paid 359Rs but my order was not placed. And I didn't received any refund or order notification. I want my money back please help me out

I have placed order on 26 july 2021, but havent received any tracking Id no.

placed an order on 07 August 2021 .i.e. for Bluetooth earphones . But I didn't receive any update on the status of the order.
This item has not been dispatched yet. It was mentioned in the website that order will be delivered in 3-5 business days but that order is still waiting for dispatch.
Also I have called multiple times to customer care of boAt but we did not receive any customer care
Please let us know the reason why the order has not been dispatched yet.

Its so complicated as if boAt doesn't want to provide customer service but wants to show off about their customer service.

I also visited their so called walk-in service center (velachery, chennai) and they denied my service as I couldn't provide them the invoice. I explained them that I am unable to download the invoice so could you pls tell me how to download it, and then they completely ignored me and didn't offer any help or information.

Its simple every company that sells anything online provides an invoice along with an order confirmation email, which boat doesn't do and even if couldn't find it at least I have the order summary and bill, they can confirm the details through that; or just have basic manners towards customers to guide them on how to download an invoice.

Not to mention the physical warranty card that comes along with the box is a completely useless.
