Ref: Order ID - 1355800 dated 10/01/2022
I have purchased Boat Data Cable A400 (2 Mtr.) on 06/01/2022 which was delivered to me on 10/01/2022 and the product was A400 (1 Mtr.) and after that I have talked with their customer service team and sent mail with all details and picture and applied for exchange in Boat site. After 7 days i.e. on 17/01/2022 again the same product has been delivered. Again I had talked with their customer service as well as sent mail to their customer service and they have assured me to get replace the product within 48-72 hours. After 6 days I have today i.e. on 22/01/2022 I have received a mail from Boat that you have already availed exchange facility once, so you can't exchange the product.
I have complaint against Boat that why they have delivered me the same product twice and why they are refused to exchange the wrong product sent by them. Is it my fault. Please reply me as soon as possible. otherwise I will take the matter with consumer Court.
Photo copy of wrong product delivered to me along with their product page wherein it is mentioned that the product is of 2 Mtrs. is attached.
