Dear Sir,
I, Sri Manoranjan Baral an employee of BEML having salary A/c No. [protected] in your bank, used my SBI debit card to withdraw Rs.1000/ from BOB ATM at Fatak Church, Sambalpur. During process the ATM machine was stuck with some error message and nothing was come out and no money was received.
But, I received a message in my mobile as follows:
Rs.1000/- withdrawn from A/c[protected] on 08/10/2015 at BOB ATM IRDDSBPO.TXN#4653
AVL bal Rs.633.92
Time – 19:31:17
Date- 08/10/2015
I waited till date about the reversal entry but Rs.1000/- has not been credited yet to my A/c no.[protected].
Therefore, I request your good self to help me in this regard by enquiring the transaction and credit my above a/c for Rs.1000/-.
