I live in a 33 months license agreement . And I also pay the maintenance bill instead their is no such maintenance work is done . The balcony area is badly damaged it falls on any body at any time .The condition of roof is worst . As the maintenance company has to maintain it . Please take initial step as soon as you do . Because the rainy season is starting due to rain the water coming into the house . My ex-staff no.is :-188575 . Quarter no. :-2357, c-road, sector:-8/b, bokaro steel city.
