Bombay Dyeing — mattress faulty

I have a purchased two mattresses from hindustan furniture out of which both the springs got damaged due to which we are unable to use the same its new only 6 months old... We have tried contacting the vendor however they are denying for any help please resolve the issue as soon as possible so that i dont have to escalate further... If the complaint cannot be resolved please let me know the second level of escalation and also either refund me the money for both the mattress or get them replaced...
