Bonito Designs — Non Refund of the money

I had paid 90K to Bonito But due to my job requirements I could not continue the interior. I did not finalize any designes, measurements etc. nor they provided any alternate to adjust the paid money. when the work is not started, neither engaged any cost why they are keeping the money. # Bonito design taking money on the name of celebrity design but company- designer don't have experience they just show simple CatLog based designed and taking booking amount 1lac and giving false commitment that my designer will sit with you and designe as per needs and giving revised quotation 20 lac don't go with trap.
