[Resolved]  Bookleaf Publishing India — BookLeaf Publishing India - A fraud company running a scam to extort money from people in the name of book publishing deals.

I am a writer and I participated in the writing challenge, where you provide 20 poems and get a book published. There are a lot of other writers like me who have done the same with book leaf publishing.

The event was held in december 2021 and the winners of the event were supposed get a book publishing deal. But, even after 6 months, I have not received any update from the Bookleaf team. When I contacted Musavir Khurshid on Linkedin with the same issue, he ignored my queries and continued to ingore after that.

I believe there are many other writer who must have participated in the event but received nothing in return. BookLeaf is fraud company that should be banned from social media and in general, as they are not at all professional and very likely running a extensive scam to extort money from young people.

Also, They ignored my emails and messages, and meanwhile tried to extort more money from people who they had not selected as the winner on leaderboard. (Screenshot attached)

I have the screenshot where I was selected as the winner of the even among other who were promised a book deal. But apart from a cheap glass memento I have not received a single communication from them.

I would like to be compensated for the mental harrasement, negligence and fraud that has been attempted on me and many others.

I am attaching the screenshot of the payment (INR 1599), winner list, the emails that I had received, and the messages that I sent to Musavir (THE CEO OF THE COMPANY)

I request that strict action be taken against such fraudster companies who trest their patrons with such disrespect.
