Bookmyoffer.com — Defect product and no refund and no response | |||
I bought a product from the website on 5th june which turned out to be a faulty one to which i asked for a refund but the executives said we dont refund the amount "as per the policy" but we can best do is credit that amount in your bookmyoffer wallet but first we will have to raise a ticket for reverse pickup and we will credit your wallet in 24 hrs after we get the product. I have all the proofs. Well if they are so strictly following the policy then their policy also says that the - return of the product will be done in 4 days after the ticket is raised. And its been more than a month still there is no reverse pick up and no credit in my account. Now there is no response from their side. They dont pick up phone nor they replying email. I have spent 600rs and its a loss now. Please help me to get that amout. They are cheaters. Hope you do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||
