I ordered a memory card (samsung evo 64gb memory card) reference number – [protected] from your website. unfortunately it’s an faulty product & not working. i have verified the card on my mobile and also on card reader.
On closer inspection i have verified the card sent to me is faulty and duplicate.
I have verified that there is no serial no. on the sd card (pics attached).
I am surprised to see this kind of service from your side.
It was my first purchase and i had a very horrible experience.
Please arrange to replace / refund my amount at the earliest.
I tried your customer helpline no. several times but it’s not working.

I have verified that there is no serial no. on the SD card . Later i have tried their customer care no. also but its not working . and then mailed them on their given mail id [protected]@bookmyoffer.com but didnt get any rply from their side. Please help me for this issue
