Dear sir/madam,

I am a defence personnel whose money is hard earned sweating in enemy terrain...and for this we think it's fruitfully utilised rather than being cheated for futile...

I have ordered a shoe size 9 with combo offer of 128gb memory card and a earphone on 08.10.2016 from bookmyoffer.com vide order reference number ref# [protected] dt 08.10.16 I received my order on 20.10.16
but when I open the packet I found that the product is not original and there's no warranty card or any other kind of manual document. In additional the memory card and earphone were also duplicate, deteriorated and non functional. And there's no serial number on the product. Because it was fake/duplicate product. I tried to call Bookmyoffer's customers care in addition I also emailed to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com dated 23 October 2016.but there no support...nor any response or acknowledgement..

Plz do provide necessary assistance to help me out of this. Kindly return this product and give my money back as we the soldiers protect you all from enemies and our money is hard earned...

In addition an earnest appeal to you please do arrange legal action against this fraud website in the light of cyber laws and also our Indian jurisdictional laws...since as on date the website is still flourishing and cheating people.

Sir plz do take some strict legal actions against this fraudulent website to uproot it and in the interim help me in getting the refund from this cheaters...

Moreover since images being more than 2mb are unable to be uploaded else you could clearly predict about their misleading business culture...and their spelling mistakes also reveals their ingenuity...

They quite it's a deal product...sir if we are paying our hard earned money definitely we expect some genuine product...The cheaters didn't think a single time by packing such fake and duplicate product to a soldier who also protect them in addition to our entire Indian community...Besides sending a reply email to the fraudsters on 25 Oct 2016 about being humanity aspects to...They didn't turned up till date... I do have lot of expectations from yours forum...plz do provide help...
