Dear sir,

As i have booked for 1 no. Samsung power bank 16800 mah with led light for amount rs.750/- on 11.03.2016 vide order confirmation no. [protected]. From bookmyoffer web site.

Dt. 16.03.16 i have received parcel through gojavas courier and paid for an amount rs.750/- and received the parcel.

After some time i have opened the parcel & found that, received xiaomi mi power bank and which is not working condition and please note that were i order to bookmyoffer i.E. Samsung power bank 16800 mah with led light and also noticed that the same is not working condition.

Feeling very bad & in this regard, many times i have tried his customer care no. 91-[protected] and no one lifting & many mails to his email id i.E. [protected]@bookmyoffer.com no replay & respond from bookmyoffer.

You are requested to please do the needful action and if possible refund rs.750/- and arrange to send me the samsung power bank 16800 mah with led light at the earliest.

I Ibook 1 mi 20800 mah power powerbank on 21/4/16 at at 04.07 amto rs.648. I received that product on29/4/16. But it not working correctly. I full Icharged power bank. After that i used it to my mobile charging the the power bank's power discharged within 15 minutes and my mobile carged near by 1000 mah. So kindly take that duplicate product that u r delivered to me and please refund my amount as soon as possible.
