Bookmyoffer — Not Receiving product

I have placed an order for men single day deal on 16th April. i received the confirmation mail but the product is not been delivered by delivery date. i call on the numbers given in their website but the number is not reachable, i also draft one mail regarding my complain but do not received any feedback. i think website doing fraud with the customer. They are playing with the customer mind by posting a deals on cheaper rate but cant fulfill their promise.
