Recently i booked the MI 10400mAh power bank in Book My offer website. and PFB the following, Problems noticed in the product: 1. The Power bank doesn’t have the pin for USB to be inserted. 2. The cover was entirely broken. 3. The batteries inside the power bank came out of the cover and I fixed it. 4. The USB cable provided doesn’t exactly suit the USB port of Redmi Note Mobile. On the whole, the product was broken and fragmented into pieces which is no way fit to be used. Was this information helpful? | |||

Mine worked for a day, covering was broken, and now it doesen't work they cheated and delivered not defective but fake product, cheap replica if the original one
