Bookmyoffer.com — Defective Power bank received | |||||
I ordered a power bank from the web site (bookmyoffer.com), received the same on 2nd March, 2016 for which I paid Rs. 748 (COD). After using it for a day, I found out the device is defected. Now Need to return it, but no body responds. I tried calling on the number they provided on the website, but it keeps ringing and then finally disconnects. I have sent a couple of mails as well at [protected]@bookmyoffer.com, the mail ID that they have shared on website, requesting them to assist, but till date, I received no response.
