Order NO.: [protected] Product Name: Xiomi Mi 10400mah power bank Net Price: ₹580/- Order date: 17.06.2015 21:33 Email id: [protected]@gmail.com Recently I have ordered MI 10400mah power bank via bookmyoffer.com and when the product delivered to me I received a defective product as it was not charging as it should be. I have plugged the device to the charging adapter for 12hrs and when I started to charge my mobile of 1700 mah it automatically discharged within 10 mins and I tried no. of times but the same issue was occurring again and again. So, I first of all called to customer care of Xiomi MI and from there they told me another story that the product which I have received is fake one, and I got disappointed to know that the product is fake one they also told me that bookmyoffer.com is not the authorized seller of mi 10400 mah power bank. So, I tried to contact bookmyoffer.com with the customer care no. but none of them answered to me, so I also created a ticket at support.bookmyoffer.com with ticket Tracking ID:3G9-T68-6HBA (Ticket number: 2182) about the complaint of my product but many days passed away but none of them replied and I think none of them will reply. So as a last option I'm querying at consumer compliant for the help. You are requested to kindly ask the company to issue me a new one product(original) by replacing the old one or refund me the full amount of 580/- as soon as possible.
