I have ordered the 25000mah battery bank but I received 16800mah. Moreover received battery bank is also not up to mark. I'm charged it whole night but it's backup is zero. I tried their customer care no ([protected]) but its never connected my call to customer care, I registed my compaint on http://support.bookmyoffer.com on 12th May'16 (Complaint ID is: 662-4V4-B5DG) but getting no response. pls asked me to log TT on portal and ensure me that issue resolved in 5-7 working days but after 20days still I got no response from your end. Pls find herewith enclosed mail communication and TT no which was raised on 12th May'16.
