Me: I had ordered Portable charger and received the same on 20th july 2016 But the device is not working. Me: I tried to connect with customer care but no one responds, so I emaid them for replacement.. Bookmyoffer Reply: Kindly share the whole concern and snapshot of your product. So that we can help you in a better way. Me: Find Attached snapshot or give me a call on [protected] Bookmyoffer Reply: 25th july : We would like to inform you that we can replace your product.we will send our courier person at your shipping address. please hand over the product to him. it will take around 5-7 working days. after receiving product from your side we will send new product at your shipping address. it will take around 15 working days for whole procedure. Bookmyoffer Reply: 6th Aug: We would like to inform you that we had forwarded your order id for the replacement to our concern team and unfortunately your replacement has been not approved due to invalid reason so your product cannot be replaced. Me: 8th Aug: Are you seriously running a business, you people delivered me a faulty product, which is not at all working. And you are saying this is that you cannot replace it “due to invalid reason” . Are you serious??? I am gonna complain this on consumer court and expose this fraud business and your process… You don’t know what are you talking about. Now it is not a matter of amount I paid, it’s all about the consumer rights and those companies which are doing such frauds, making fool on innocent people, cheating on them and playing with their hard earned money. You are running such a big company where you don’t have customer care or complain department, the one you have, never responds the call. Is that the services your are providing.
