I ordered 12 pcs of solar lattern, but they deliver me only 1 pcs of solar lantern and take price of 12 pcs of solar lantern.

I called them for return their product and give my money back, but they refused to return, then i asked them for deliver my remaining 11 pcs of lantern an they again refused.

I want to return their product and take money back or i want remaining 11 pcs of solar lantern.
