I have ordered for a book(Shirshendu Upanyas Samagra 3) online from 'Books and Publishers' shop on 12.10.2023.The order no of the book is 20451. I have made an online payment of Rs 615/- (including delivery charges)on that day.But still they did not ship the book.I have sent them several mails/messages to let me inform about the status of the delivery but they did not respond.On 19.10.2023, I have asked the matter over phone.But they replied that the price of the book is now increased and I have to pay extra amount to get the book.They also suggest me to get alternative books.But my question is that, if you cannot deliver that book on that price, why the book is available on the website?Why shall I buy alternate book?I need this book on that price as I have already booked and paid the full amount in advance.Already ten days are gone.They have hold my money.I need the book Desparately asap.
