Ordered once, got half the books. Had to order again to receive all books. Then AGAIN! During the Dussehra sale of 2022, I ordered 9 books all prepaid. Didn’t receive even once! Messaged them continuously on Instagram and WhatsApp and received one liner replies. Soon later, they blocked me on all sites and no means to contact them. Honestly pathetic service!
