Order placed for 25 books for 2400 rupees on 3rd July on Instagram messenger to a user with insta handle "bookD.com". Seller promised to deliver the package within 4-7 days of order placement. After receiving the payment, seller informed that he has dispatched the order and shared a tracking number. The tracking number was showing the status as "In Transit" for a very long time. On 24th July, the tracking number shows that the package has been returned to the seller. Since then, I am trying to reach out to the seller on his phone, instagram, etc., but he is not responding to my messages.
Payment was made on PayTM

I request a full refund from the Seller

Same thing happened to me. I ordered 24 books and paid upfront. The books were not delivered even after a month. I took online legal help and issued a legal notice. After this I got 22 books. No responses to the emails, whatsapp messages for refund for remaining two books.
