I have booked for a bosch dishwasher on[protected]through the Bosch dealer Griyas, Mayiladuthurai} by paying an amount of Rs 1000 as advance.
On 01-01-21, the dishwasher was delivered (Invoice No:2928).
On 02-01-21, two technicians came from Karaikal Bosch service centre and installed the machine.When they switched on the dish washer, an error message (E3) was produced.They said there was defect in the machine and senior technician would come to rectify it.
On 07-01-21, senior technician came an tried. They could not rectify the problem. They said there might be problem in the board and it should be replaced. Since the machine did not run for even a single minute, the machine delivered to us with defect, we did not like to replace the board, we asked for replacement of the machine and not the board.
after a few days the machine was taken back by he dealer for replacement. after that no action was taken by Bosch and we made a number of follow ups through phone calls which yielded no results. Since we have faith in Bosch's reputation, we have not made any written communication with Bosch.
It has been nearly three months, still we have not seen any progress.
we request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest possible to replace the dish washer.

Nearly it has been 4 months, still we didn’t get either the machine or any reply.
