[Resolved]  Bosch Home India — false propaganda of product and service

Dear Sir, This is a customer from Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. We have purchased a DISH WASHER of Bosch make (Model:SMS 40M52EU/03) from your dealer named BHARATH ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCES, 383, 100 Ft. Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore on[protected]. The machine has been very sparingly used that its usage might have been less than 20 times till now.We encountered a starting problem with the machine before four months.We complained to the dealer and service persons several times but to our vain nobody turned up.Frustrated and not withstanding the pressure we directly went to the dealer and asked to book the complaint on[protected] complaint No.[protected]. Adding to our problem nobody turned up or responded till today noon. So, we went personally to the dealer and asked about their lethargic and indifferent attitude towards us.We also challenged the dealer that we will move to consumer's court. To every body's astonishment the service person turned up to our house within the next 15 minutes time.He attended and said that the POWER MODULE of the machine had gone faulty and said that the price of the part would be around Rs.7500/- We are really worried about the issue happened to us. While purchasing the product the dealer did not specifically tell us about the facts regarding the product's sensitivity which the service person informed us.Also when we asked the dealer about installing a power stabiliser while purchasing the machine, he said it was not necessary.Now the service person who came and serviced today said that the power module got corrupted because of non use of power stabilizer. Had the information been rightly told earlier this problem would have been avoided. The indifferent attitude of the dealer towards us has created a negative impression and experience about BOSCH products. Due to wrong propaganda of the product by the dealer just for the purpose of selling and not minding the satisfaction of the customer makes us very much dejected and cheated. We would like to bring this to your notice that such bad incidents do not occur again as we had recommended your product to our friends and relatives who have purchased many of your products. Also we are loosing so much money and time because of the poor life of the spares and wrong suggestion given to us by the dealer. We would be happy if the faulty spare (power module) would be replaced with an extended warranty coverage. We kindly request you to look into it and take necessary action as soon as possible.
