We have been facing issue with the washing machine since 15th July 2022. Since then we have been connecting back to back to the customer care as well as the technician and the head technician. First of all no one is bothered to know if the issue raised have been resolved or not, on top of it I have to call every single time to ask for the update.
The issue with the machine are as follows
1.Drum not spinning at full speed in dry cycle
2.Cloths are not drained properly and remain wet
3.Higher temperature settings not working properly
Since the initial complaint raised after that technician have changed the motor and mother board of the machine, few days it was fine and within a month of time we started facing the same issue once again. They keep on saying one or the other reason repeatedly but they are not at all providing proper resolution and blaming our house power supply is not fine, though all the other high voltage appliances are working perfectly fine at our home. Further after fighting for few months now they have taken to their warehouse to check on it. Its been 15 days now no proper update has been given and after multiple calls they sent us videos of the machine operation, upon checking the videos they have sent it is seen that the machine faces the same issue and the problem is not with the power supply of our house. Seems like they want to just pass-out the time as the warranty will be getting lapsed by end of November 2022.
