I have purchased BOSCH washing machine which is under warranty, since past few months there is working problem in it and raised service request vide reference n0:[protected] on 28th march 2023. Customer care person told that it will be attended within 48hrs BUT almost 5 days over and no call received.
At first, PRODUCT NOT WORKING WELL
After complaining the same to resolve, SERVICE IS PROVEN TO BE WORST in terms of CARELESNESS showing upon customers.
I shared this with all my colleagues in GOVT.PSU, neighbpurs which resulting there all shall be CAREFUL with BOSCH products, that is what the service expecting from customers it seems Was this information helpful? |
