I have purchased a washing machine of BOSCH company on 09/04/2021 from your Dalhousie Branch vide Invoice No. DLH/SA/2122/00971, but very unfortunately till now my machine is not installed. I have call several time to the customer care but either they does not reply or tell me that the trolly for the said machine is not available. Although I have no problem regarding the price.
After receiving the product the engineer visit my home but he just said that due to unavailability of trolly we are unable to installed the product.
It is very much unfortunate to me, if the product is not installed within 15 days from the complain I am going to lodge a complain at consumer forum.
