Bose India — Bluetooth speaker Auto Switch on

I purchased a Bose Bluetooth speaker from Vijay Sales, Gurgaon Showroom on 4th May 2025. However, I have been facing an issue with the product since the very first day of purchase.

The speaker automatically switches on by itself and repeatedly gives a voice prompt asking to “wait for connection, ” even when my mobile device’s Bluetooth is turned off. This issue is occurring frequently and is causing inconvenience during normal usage.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution at the earliest, either through repair or replacement under warranty.
