This is with reference to ticket number [protected] dated 14 February, 2022.
I submitted my Bose earphones at the gurgaon service center sector 14 branch on 14th February, 2022 with issues regarding the charging case and a request for repair/replacement as the earphones are under warranty.
On enquiring at the service center, I was told I would receive the replacement within 10 days of deposit. After raising a query on the Bose helpline number, this period was extended to 2 weeks from the date of receipt at the workstation. Which was eventually pushed back to a month after another helpless call to the Bose helpline.
Having made several attempts to sort out the confusion and clarify the date of receipt, as a customer, I feel extremely disappointed and exhausted at the lack of communication and certainty regarding customer service.
Bose is one of the foremost brands in the industry, and the poor customer service came as a shock to me.
I would request you to clarify with the company and the service center why there was utmost confusion regarding the date of receipt of the product and why I was being misled.
I do hope to restore my faith in the company and come back as a happy customer, I would request you to help me figure out where there was a break in the chain of communication. Was this information helpful? |
