Extremely disappointed with the lack of support being provided by Bose for an issue with my Lifestyle 600.
For the past 2 months, I'm following with their service center and customer care number. They kept it in their service center for 2 weeks and returned WITHOUT fixing the issue.
On call with their 1800 number, I was asked to reset the entire system, and after that, it is not resetting and I'm not able to use it at all.
Lifestyle 600 is a high end product, and I'm surprised by the lack of interest to service it for their customer! Was this information helpful? |
