Bose India — No replacement for my defective earphone even after more than 2 months of giving it to the customer support

Hi, I raised a complaint on my Bose Soundsport earphone in December 2022. Since my area is not serviceable I was asked to courier the product to Sri Sai Communications-Hyderabad. My Token number : [protected]. I was told that the replacement 2 weeks of receiving the product. It is close to 2 months now and I have not received the replacement yet. The team just gives the same reply about shortage of supply every time I asked for a response. This is very disappointing and frustrating for a user. I have no refund nor a product to be able to consume while paying a huge amount to purchase it.
Please expedite the resolution and arrange for the replacement.
