Boult Audio — boult curve neck band | |||||
So i’ve bought it from myntra app on 31 march around i’ve been using this product for a while and it was superb experience but now on it occurs some problems in that neckband its not working properly and in right earpiece its beeping and irritating sound, and then afterwards its not connecting and not even charging. My neck band is under warranty so i request you to help me out of this!!! I want to replace if it’s possible or to service it!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||

I've been using this headphones for one month now. But, the problem started yesterday as i went to start my headset it doesn't get started but later on when i put it to the charger, it was working fine but after i taken off the charger it switched off itself automatically. I'm not even being able to switch it on while not in charge.

I've purchased a new Boult curve Neckband from Amazon on 30th July 2019, it was working fine but from the last week the battery not lasts for even 2 hours after fully charged and also it is not functioning properly, I would like a replacement for my product
