This was 2nd time ihad lodged the complaint of faulty boult airdopes product which was bought from myntra . I had lodged the complaint for faulty product ( boult airdopes ) & surrendered the faulty product at service centre.After 12-15 days finally i got call that your product will deliver today’s. But after product received we all are shocked when saw empty box.when lock the complaint to Boult audio portal. Surprisingly I got answer from them, that you should take video before open the pack, bow we cant do anything .even i shared a pictures .I dint had idea that Boult also sends empty products boxes instead of real & genuine product.thats why I didn’t take video. I thought they are doing their job sincerely & i showed trust. This happened first time in my life. Otherwise I definitely took videos. Also about video no one told me from service center ( where i submit faulty products twice ) or call center ( where i called multiple times for follow ups before receiving the item ). How i come to know that that the product will come to me without actual product .
We are spending our hard earned money for purchase products with trust & they are giving this kind of excuses & service. Instead of helping to customers you are finding the ways of run away. This is not acceptable & I will not tolerate this anymore this is 3rd time you all westing my time & disappointing Me with the same product . I suffered a lot because of this. ( 2 times gave faulty product to me & when I applied for replacement, i got these excuses)
