Hi I have couriered my defective boultbuds and they have sent me a mail like it's warrenty has been expired and I have sent a mail to them for a screenshot like extended warranty for 3 months from the date of purchase... Then they sent a mail that we have sent your product to service centre as soon as possible we will dispatch your product... But it's already been 9 days still there is no reply from them my ticket I'd 01169469
