On 10/2/24, I sent my Boult earbuds for repair to your center. However, upon receiving the package today, I was shocked and dismayed to find that instead of my earbuds, the package contained *a stone*. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, especially considering my reliance on the earbuds for studies as I am taking online classes.
I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution, including the replacement or repair of my earbuds at no additional cost.
