[Resolved]  BPTP — Possession not given by bptp

I booked a unit ( P-8-21FF )in 2009 and after making 85% payment on time still waiting for possession . Customer care not in a position to provide proper reply .
From last eight years always a same reply, possession will be given in next 3-4 months.
Unable to upload videos/photo which i have for my unit . No change in position from jul 2015 onwards ( this date mention on walls).
