I'm Bharat Mohanty the student of Indic institute of design and research, passing from the year of 2019.Since from the passing the College Authority not providing me my provisional certificate and grade Sheet, many tyme I request to Our H.O.D and college authority but they are neglected my message .so I kindly request to plz intervene this matter and give me my certificate.
