sir/madam, i am a 2013 batch passed out student of krupajal engg college, bhubaneswar under BPUT university bearing regd no-[protected] . i am here to bring my problem infront of you that Till now i havenot get my grade sheets as i have applied for to skip that subject as per university rule and regulation. now i have my provisional certificate with me but till now it is already about two year not getting my final year grade sheet. so i request you please suggest me that what i have to do next for getting my all grade sheets.. Provisional certificate copy is attached
