BPUT University — Urgent requirement of Migration certificate

I am[protected] btech passout (GIET, BANIATANGI). I applied for migration certificate in 20/01/2023. So as per the instructions it has to arrive within 1 months. But when I ask about the certificate in the college they said that they had not received from bput yet. I am doing mtech right now in UTKAL UNIVERSITY. So I need my migration certificate for passout urgently.
