[Resolved] Brand Factory Online — the returned products amount is not refunded | |||||
I am aruna k. Singamreddy. I have made a purchase (11 items) online in brandfactory (Bf) on 01 aug 2019 (Order no. 107351) and the 11 items got delivered on 08 aug 2019. Due to size issues i have raised an exchange request for 7 items. After raising the request, i was following the bf almost everyday to pickup my items and to send the exchange items. However, the team was not did their job on time. As per their website they have to pickup the return items within 3 days, however after so many calls they send an agent to pickup the 7 items on 26 aug 2019. The cost of those 7 items is rs.3517/-. For the items that have been requested for exchange, new order ids has been created (114959, 114960, 114961, 114963, 114964, 114966, 114967). Till today, in the website these orders were showing as "on hold (08 aug 2019)". After the pickup i made so many calls to arrange an exchange items or to refund the entire amount for those 7 products. I have spoken with so many executives. Everyone was informed that they will intiate the refund process immediately. However, that day was not come yet. I have also mailed them so many times, but they said they are giving the priority to my complaint and they will solve the issue asap. But, it was not resolved yet. I am hereby requesting the consumer complaints forum to please take an action on brand factory online management and to arrange for my products. Thanks and regards, Aruna kumari s.
