Dear Sir,
On 28th July, I placed an order on Brandmaart- all in good faith- Order # BM1763519.
The order value was 8997, 30/- and three items in there-
1. Balenciaga Thong sandals
2. Balenciaga Shoes
3. Bottega Veneta Bag
I received a parcel today from Brandmaart. What I received seems some kind of funny joke that I can’t laugh at.

Some nonsense sent to me worth 100/- bucks??
I tried to contact customer care on website but very smartly they have one email address & one whatsapp no that can only be messaged. You message and an auto reply. So basically no communication?
I have created a refund return request on their site- ID # od84f11310918. It says’ pending approval’. Whats there to approve?
My concern-
1. I want my money back- take this rubbish order back and refund my money
