Brandmaart — Wrong product received

Scammed by an e-commerce company website named “Brandmaart.com”.
While going thru the website I liked one Gucci tote bag for which the price was Rs 3499 and Rs 200 was the shipping charges as there was no option for COD so I paid it online thru UPI Rs 3699/- to VPA [protected]@mairtel (UPI Ref No[protected] dated 30th July 2022.

On 5th August 2022 an email received that Your brand mart order no : BM1763547 is out for delivery. I received the parcel but when I opened the parcel can’t stop laughing got a cheap road side purse. Immediately opted for return and written an email that I have received a wrong parcel but till date no revert back form the vendor.
