Brcduckback.in — Manufacturing defect on a newly purchased hot water bottle of Duckback,

I purchased this Hot Bag from Sarba Mangala Pharmacy, bidhan Market, Siliguri, 734001 today on 29th of December, 2013. Unfortunately this following bag leaks from the marked portion. I've attached a bill & couple of pictures with this mail to understand better.

Immediately I requested the shopkeeper to replace this item but they turned a deaf ear to me. Instead they used abusive language & said that this particular item doesn't come with warranty policy & it's not in there hand to do anything further about it.

Chinese Hot Water Bottles are available for Rs. 120/- or so & it works fine. Now my point is why should I buy a branded product from a reputed brand like Duckback for thrice the money.

I believe Duckback is a reputed company & 'I've been cheated' by them. 24 hrs have passed since I've sent a mail to ' [protected]@gmail.com ' which is there official e-mail ID, nobody responded yet.

Also understand that I'm not asking for warranty, it's a manufacturing defect!!
