Bridgestone Tyres India — Tyres Getting teared off just due to small stone hits, only 18k ran

I have TATA NEXON, run only 18k.

3 Times tyres got teared off in the sides.
I have driven carefully, but due to small stone hits also Tyres getting teared off. Very much disappointed and 3 times this has happened already within 1.5 years.

Kindly replace all my tyres...
