Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to put an official complaint regarding an accident which happened by BEST bus number MH01 AP 0576, in this accident the driver was driving the bus very fast and brushed my car MH02 DZ 9557 from car's right side, near CBD Belapur. Please make a note that car was stationary in the traffic.
The accident has resulted in damage to the car's automatic right side mirror, the repairing cost of the same will be approx. Rs.10, 000/-.
The most horrific part was the callous attitude of the driver, he was very confident that nothing will happen wrt my complaint.
Kindly help me bring the culprit to books and to reimburse my loss. Please help me settle the issue at the earliest.

सैपोनी/गेविट ने उस समय कहा था कि इसाम का नाम डॉ. नितिन नरेंद्र मालेकर उम्र 56 वर्ष, पेशा। डॉक्टर रेस.8-19, साधन को. ऑप सोसायटी, तरूण भारत, चकाला, अंधेरी ईस्ट मुंबई एमडी नं. [protected] ने थाने आकर बताया कि उसके पास टाटा सफारी स्टॉर्म कार नं. MH-02-DZ-9557 17:30 बजे अंधेरी से लोनावल जाते समय। का सु सीबीडी पास के अंत में, सीबीडी पुल की शुरुआत से पहले, पुणे लेन से गुजरते समय, सबसे अच्छी बस नं. MH-01-AP-0576 बस के चालक के कब्जे में दाहिनी ओर खबर डेयर की टाटा सफारी स्टॉर्म कार से टक्कर हो गई, उक्त दुर्घटना में खबर डेयर की टाटा सफारी स्टॉर्म कार क्र. MH-02-DZ-9557 में दाहिनी ओर का शीशा टूट गया है। उक्त दुर्घटना में कोई भी घायल नहीं हुआ और उक्त दुर्घटना को यातायात के प्रवाह में हुई दुर्घटना के रूप में दर्ज किया गया।
