Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply & Transport Undertaking [Best] — Kicked out of bus while travelling due to unavailability of change

We entered from chembur station at bus number 381 for journey till vashinaka. I had 50 rs and bus fare was 12rs only I gave conductor 50 rupee note he said give 12 otherwise travel without ticket.
And after some time at chembur camp bus stop he told us to go out of the bus. He scold us that you don't even possess 2 rs change. Now I am asking you that being a bus conductor why don't you have 8rs change.
I am attaching bus number along with this complaint.
Kindly take strict action against this kind of conductors.
