Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply & Transport Undertaking [BEST] — new generated bill says that I have to pay more than 22k

For last 3 month I have paid my dues regularly and was getting normal Bil around 4-5 k according to my usage but the new generated bill says that I have to pay more than 22k which is not correct please fix your meter reading or bill calculating mechanism this is really insane.
